Elon: First UMC has a church van going to MERCI on Tues.,
Sept. 6th if anyone would like to ride down with them for the day to pack
supplies. Mebane UMC is also planning a trip. Please contact Terry Huffines

If your church is willing to be a drop off location, please
notify the District Office at 336-584-7959 so that we can get the word out.
An idea from Orange UMC: Put a sign out in your church yard
that items are being collected for Hurricane Relief. Many folks in your
communities are likely to help out if it is convenient.
The front entrance to our Fellowship Hall is
open 24/7. Salem UMC is located at the corner of Salem Church Road and
Payne Road that intersects with Sweps-Sax Road. We are located right between
Graham and Chapel Hill off Hwy. 54 (turn onto Salem Church Rd. at the
Talbert's Shell Station) for any commuters who want to drop off items to or
from their home or workplace.
