Do Not Send Loose Items

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES EXACTLY!!!

Pack boxes full and tight -- do not use peanuts, newspaper or other disposable fillers. (See guidelines that were sent to your church.) Fill space with useful items such as plastic shopping bags. Some items are sealed in bulk packaging, which takes up room. Example: powdered milk in packets can be taken from their package and used to fill empty spaces; pencils & erasers can be taken out of packaging and put in small spaces.

Box size -- 16"x12"12" is good, such as a copy paper box. Pack heavy items in smaller boxes so they are manageable.

Box contents & labeling -- Contents in boxes must not be mixed. Box and label according to categories below. It is not necessary to provide an item-by-item list, except for medical supplies.
