Did you ever think … “I know we need to do more in our community, but I’m not just sure what to do or how to do it?”  Did you ever hear someone say, “We would love to do be in ministry with hurting people in our community, but we just don’t have the funds?”

You CAN be in ministry with the most vulnerable of YOUR community!

Learn how in “Street Smarts! Steps for Community Ministry."

Street Smarts -- You CAN make a difference through the love of Christ!

"Street Smarts" is a five hour learning event (three hours for the abridged version) meant for leaders of ministry groups, mission coordinators, pastors, and all persons who desire to make a difference in their community through LOVE IN ACTION!  It will offer ways you can be effective in caring for the most vulnerable in your local communities, the poor, the outcast, those whom Jesus called, "the least of these."  We will focus on doing ministry in ways that matter, working together to proclaim hope, and finding joy in the mutual in-dwelling of Jesus.

Anyone can benefit from this learning experience, it will be especially valuable to those in small congregation, rural churches.
